Every year I find it more difficult to participate in a day that should be a celebration of living authentically.

Started a new journey today with my first ever Lyra class!!
After doing pole for about 18 months I’ve been getting a bit stuck with some of my progression, and lyra is a chance to cross train while having fun (and a sense of success).
Still…extremely shocked I got this on my first go 😳
