The world WE have built, on OUR own backs, with OUR blood and sweat, wasn’t built for US.. It was built for PROFIT. And that should fill you with unfathomable amounts of rage. The world was built on the backs of laborers, but the world WE built wasn’t meant for us.

Even our elections work this way. The DNC doesn’t exist to make the lives of their constituents better or more bearable. They exist to win elections and turn a profit for their donors. Again, almost EVERY aspect of life works this way.

Houses aren’t built for people to live in. they are built for the purpose of turning profit. Food isn’t grown or made for humans to consume. It’s made to turn a profit.

A makeup company doesn’t exist to make makeup, they exist to make profit. No business exists to make a product or service, the point is profit.

And this extends to so many aspects of life; food, housing, healthcare. None of these things exist for the purpose of serving humans.

We need a constitutional convention. The ideals of our founders need to be thrown out/recontextualized for the modern day. The dignity and will of those most oppressed by the old system must voiced LOUDLY and written onto parchment. To revitalize this country, we must set a new direction.

I’m not saying there isn’t still important work to be done but I honestly think when we look back in 15-20 years at the Bad Bunny halftime show, we will see it as the definitive moment when conservatives lost the “culture war”

This Super Bowl feels like a W for woke.

Surely, the American people deserve more than mugshots and prison sentences. Surely, they deserve retribution. They deserve to grieve. They deserve to heal.

Human beings ripped from their homes. Killed. Disappeared. Beaten. The people in power have conspired to abuse children in ways that are plainly unspeakable. Not to mention the connection between these creeps and the rise of the alt-right. The damage that has been done is immeasurable.

Theoretically, what happens after theyre in prison? I know that might seem like getting ahead of ourselves, considering we are so far from that happening. But I think its a fair question to ask. Because our society WILL need to process the damage that has been done to the collective psyche. Grieve.

A large part of reprogramming from American propaganda is realizing that you are allowed to dream bigger. Progress doesn’t have to mean making minor adjustments to the wheel. We are allowed to throw it out and build a new one.
