- Who takes over;
- Interceptor shortages from sustained drone retaliation;

If we're not going to be old fashioned & Constitutional by requiring Congressional approval for war, then what if we just said every decision maker in the executive branch prosecuting the war is required to enroll their military aged children in a combat role for the war until Congress is consulted?
