I can draw, but it takes me three hours. I haven't drawn cartoons by hand since middle school. I just do collage or write captions. When I draw, it's for fun and I have no idea what the drawing's gonna end up looking like or whether I'll render fine detail and shading. Usually it's just doodles.

It's more a newspaper editorial, political cartoon, type of pun. Which doesn't get the same kind of laugh as the Larson comic. I think it could work in a New Yorker line art style, something where the "senpai" is sort of anonymous or invisible, whereas this is very much a forgery of a Larson comic.✏️

It's a great concept for a one-page comic. I'd say it's worth drawing yourself, if you can do it in under three hours.
