I agree.
I agree.
Guess what the Sunday shows will be talking about tomorrow?
It wonβt be the Epstein files or Jack Smithβs deposition. π€¨

Just saw a link:
I was a diehard Colbert fan since The Dana Carvey Show. I detest the way CBS ended The Late Show. I hate that so many people at the show will be losing jobs. I no longer feel badly for Colbert.
Let him stew in it.
That interview disturbed me. I was curious if Colbert would address his part in outing Joe which, in a weird twist, led to his own ouster. KJP didnβt bring it up. He did. And he seemed determined to justify his actions, disparaging Joe AGAIN.
Jeff Daniels singing on Deadline.
I think I got something in my eye. π’π₯Ή

Federal agents invaded even the offices of The Crisis and the National Association for the advancement of colored people and asked searching questions: " just what, after all, were our objects and activities?β I took great satisfaction in being able to sit back in my chair and answer blandly, βWe are seeking to have the constitution of the United states thoroughly and completely enforced.β It took some ingenuity, even for Southerners, to make treason out of that.
How W. E. B. Du Bois responded to government policing of "anti-American" sentiment during the 1910s:
"I took great satisfaction in being able to sit back in my chair and answer blandly, 'We are seeking to have the Constitution of the United States thoroughly and completely enforced.' β

History does not unfold in discrete large moments, but in many small ones over the course of a continuous, chaotic timeline. All of us have a part to play in making change and fighting for democracy, but we must do so before the current timeline is in the rearview mirror. #Velshi

23 yrs ago today, Jimmy Carter won the Nobel Peace Prize.
Itβs just fun to think about that.
Journalist Edward R. Murrow used his platform on CBS to criticize the witch hunts led by Senator Joseph McCarthy in the 1950s.
This is what real journalism should do β hold power to account, not capitulate to it.
Why is #theweekendmsnbc trying to create distracting drama in the Democratic Party? Aguilar was NOT going to badmouth Schumer, so I donβt know why you kept asking the same question. There are more pressing issues for Democrats. π€¦ββοΈ
Next time MAGA asks you to define a woman, ask them to define ANTIFA!
If Trumpβs face droops any worse theyβre gonna have to hire Salvador Dali to do his Presidential portrait
I noticed he mentioned Trump is thinking he can charm Putin & that Bush & Obama thought the same. Then Drucker scoffingly said, βof course Joe Biden didnβt make any headway thereβ.
WTF?
Joe knows more about foreign policy, diplomacy, & Putin than all those others put together.
