Holy shit! I just finished playing my guitar for the first time (significantly) in almost 6 months. I got to play for nearly 3 hours straight and I feel amazing! My right index finger (pick hand) is almost raw from the amount of picking/chugging/weedeelywees.

After they finally received the “permission to operate” letter, they then emailed with instructions to turn on my system.
I called their service sept again to explain the system has been running for weeks.
They looked at the account and THEN said they’ll schedule a tech to come out. 1 WEEK OUT.
I said production was already on because half of our array was working. I sent screenshots that showed we had been producing for over 2weeks and the system is just reporting Microconverter issues. They still told me to wait.
