Yesterday I played a game of Edison format in Yu-Gi-Oh and I think it got me back into this format. I've always wanted to play Teledad but I never got the chance. This ban list has DaD at 1 but it's more like the finisher than the decks boss monster.

Yu-Gi-Oh is releasing alliance insight in about 3 weeks and swear that it's not going to do anything to shake up the format of Maliss and Ryzeal. I don't think they should outright make a ban list hitting maliss or ryzeal but simply they should add more cards that can match their speed.

Literally Yu-Gi-Oh was one of the first TCGs to introduce the racing mechanic in the form of cards. Speed world 2 is a much better way to utilize speed compared to the 4speed you get in aether drift. It's a nice gimmick but I am not sure exactly if they stole the idea from Yu-Gi-Oh 5D's

Why have I been having this urge to get back into playing Yu-Gi-Oh. I understand the game and know it's history but like no matter how much the game has sucked it still sucks competitively. The game is always power creeping and banning old cards.
