3) 100% a master spreadsheet or even word doc with hyperlinks to important docs, passwords an even processes 4) I really like the Motion App for automatically time blocking my calendar based on my workload and the time it takes to get the job done. Trello just launched a similar function too.
So I have family members with ADHD and I’ve had coworker that have needed accommodations in a very hectic communications agency environment. A few options in case helpful 1) Record your meetings / utilize a note taker app 2) When assigned something, repeat it back, confirm deadline and details
