Gessing and making concepts for what could be made is totally fine. But stealing trade secrets is a big " No, No ! "

🙌🏻 My personal take on this, is if true then this pure theft and should be held to account.
I also think that leaks recently in Tech are ruining the fun, excitement and surprised feeling we used to get with new devices being revealed.
– Violation of the Computer Fraud & Abuse Act
– They’re asking for damages, injunctions, and legal fees.
– Trial by jury demanded.
– Prosser screen-recorded the session & used clips on YouTube.
– Apple got tipped anonymously, investigated, & fired Lipnik.

– Prosser allegedly paid Ramacciotti to access an iPhone tied to #Apple engineer Ethan Lipnik.
