I can never get a reflection shot like that. There's always a flash, or the camera obscures things, or all you see is spots on the glass.

This schedule probably looks excessive, but it's how I best function and it should work for the range of possible finish times I could manage.
I need to sit with this for a while, then try it and see what changes it needs. Then maybe I'll sign up for a race.

3 week rotation
Wed1: 90 minutes with 8x150m "greyhounds" and 50 min at marathon pace
Sun1: 110 with 10K time trial
W2: 10x 3 min at 10K - 3 easy
S2: 165 with last 45 at marathon
W3: 55 minutes hill repeats, marathon effort pace
S3: 4-5 hours, first 50 minutes at marathon
Others: 55 min

I've worked out a schedule that incorporates all the corrections from my last marathon failure, including a continuous grind of about an hour per day, instead of a couple long runs and a bunch of very short ones.
The times are guidelines. 55 minutes means 50-60.
