This week on The Bulletin: Hosts @drmoore.bsky.social , @mikecosper.bsky.social, and @clarissamoll.bsky.social are joined by Andrew McCarthy to discuss the Biden pardon, South Korea and Syria, and youth transgender medicine in the Supreme Court.
Months ago, Andy McCarthy was asked if he would pardon his so. Weβre he in Bidenβs shoes. Andy said yes he would, but added that heβd then resign in acknowledgment that it was an abuse of power. We got something much worse from Biden.
Wow β high praise. I was thrilled to do it.
If you are bone weary over political and cultural wars across the country and the world, @mikecosper.bsky.socialβs interview with Krista Tippett will feel like healing medicine. Interview of the year, in my opinion.

With Kash Patel named the FBI Director Nominee, all those βprincipled conservativesβ who assured me that Trump 2.0 would be constrained by the grown ups in the room can go jump in a lake.
So today we learn that Rogan refused to interview Zelenskyy. I don't know, y'all, maybe the tough free speech bro thing is just an act...
Grateful for this shoutout from Byron Borger, and to be in such excellent company as Daniel Silliman and Charlie Peacock! www.heartsandmindsbooks.com/2024/11/7-ne...
A great episode this week... aside from the continued bullying from @drmoore.bsky.social
I have a family full of theater fans, who are also drama kids and so Iβve seen a lot of theater and a lot of movie musicals. A lot.
I was lukewarm on the stage production of Wicked, which Iβve seen twice.
The film was extraordinary.
Iβm the upcoming offseason, The Bears will be volunteering to serve as pallbearers for lifelong Chicago fans. So they can let them down one last time.
(I originally heard this as a Cowboys joke).
If you think the other site is just purely right wing trolls now, say something about Israel or Zionism. There are plenty of left wing trolls ready to pounce.
Four Americans will miss their second thanksgiving in a row, captive in the tunnels of Gaza. Praying for them and their families today.
I actually agree with 1, 2, 4, and 5. (Arrival is perfect.)
Iβm neutral on the NBA since Dwayne Wade retired.
6 is Davidβs real derangement syndrome.
This is so incredibly stupid and bad
So is this like the old place before it became the dark place?
