PS. Not a dig at anyone, just an observation that things easily slip.
A phone call to the place is successfully booked with via the app, confirmed that I’m not eligible and no checks are actually carried out in the booking flow 😬🙄
Appointment cancelled by me. (As they can’t cancel it at the provider)
Having just trained to book a Covid test, as part year I *was* eligible, the service is back to very unclear and putting the ‘admin’ on the user. It tells you the service will check if you’re eligible. Then asks YOU if you are.
So now I’m left wondering if it really checked…(spoiler! It doesn’t)
