As much as the flag obsessives don't want to hear it I'll never shut up about how the Falklands War was completely avoidable if only Thatcher had been sensible and not cheap on defence in the South Atlantic. She basically declared she didn't care and invited the junta in.

But I have come to wonder if there is any truth in it - car brain sorts KNOW that human scaled walkable cities tend to lead to the creation of people who care about the broader community so are less likely to vote hard right.
