It really didn’t come to a shock for me but it made me realise why my behaviour got out of control over last two years. So I like to deeply apologise to anyone if I came across as a bad person, since the diagnosis and being on meds I have noticed a huge improvement in my life

So the end of the year, I was officially diagnosed with ADHD. I have been trying to get a diagnosis for almost two years but managed last year to get referred and end of last year I was officially diagnosed
