The National Park Service began restoring slavery exhibits at the President's House on Thursday, but in the last few weeks Philadelphians made sure the story was told despite the bare walls.

We are beyond the idea of a refund. We do not have functional executive leadership. THAT is what we face.

And now the battlefront is EVERYWHERE. We all have to push back because the regime doesn't have the resources to fight when spread so thin. And to steal a Star Wars quote: "Tyranny requires constant effort. It breaks, it leaks. Authority is brittle."

I say again, this does not even approach a scintilla of the accountability that is required. These are PR moves.

Unfortunately, tribalism gets in the way of seeing this. Unfortunately, some folks who want to present as allies still only see these problems when it's at their door. This is what the regime, every abusive leader banks on.

The ones who give milquetoast responses are basically saying, "Shhhh, let's not upset my corporate donors." This country has an unpleasant history of targeting and launching full scale assaults on communities that don't "fall in line."

As the regime is rumored to be making moves to "bring down the temperature," keep your outrage fresh in mind. Recognize faux peace offerings as just a way to encourage compliance. Demand accountability, especially from your Senators and Representatives.

With the rumored changes with Bovino, et al. I suspect the administration will try to act like we should stop asking questions. Nope. Keep at it!
