President Trump has revoked a Biden executive order that had directed NIST to help companies identify and correct for flaws in AI models, including biases. It is unknown what, if anything, will replace the framework that order had put in place.

I have broken most if not all of the "ironclad" trial rules. Being a good attorney requires judging what will work - not just using a cookie-cutter rules. Recently, the Musk trial provided an example of ignoring "ironclad" cross-examination rules to good effect.

Google is rolling out Gemini Advanced, its answer to ChatGPT. I was about to try out the app, but I saw it would take the place of Google Assistant. I don't know if I'm willing to risk screwing up all my automations, etc. just to try out a duplicate of an app I already have.
