You can see it in all the 2025 lower court decisions that found the Trump administration was acting in a blatantly unconstitutional manner and begging the Supreme Court for some help in trying to enforce their orders.
Another reason to support court reform is that the Supreme Court, as constituted, is incapable of functionally administering the law. A court that wasn't captured by far right billionaires would've prevented the government from enforcing these at all.
This is not accurate. In fact, no country required its submarines to rescue survivors, due to the risk of surfacing and/or limited space to keep prisoners in the very small, cramped subs. What they were expected to do was not attack survivors in the water.

At least within the Democratic Party, abundance has won. Groups are fighting rearguard actions against it but it's the frame through which Dem pols across the ideological spectrum see things.
