Another thing you need to ask is who made the decision to deny care. Ask for their qualifications. Most times it's a nurse with zero knowledge of your condition. Once you have that information it tends to be much easier to get a reversal.

Exactly. Lincoln/Johnson made a huge mistake not arresting & trying every single Confederate military leader for treason. They should have made owning a Confederate flag, statue or paraphernalia illegal. They should have made any organization like the Daughters of the Confederacy illegal.
