Fair point to ask how I could be so bad at my job. Tina Peters has a history of refusing to show remorse, even when it would personally benefit her (ie at sentencing). It appears she also wasn't willing to take a plea. I badly miscalculated in thinking Peters wouldn't feign remorse for clemency.
