Notes:
- The Guilty Gear Strive trailer will take place after GGST Top 8
- The Arc World Tour Special Live in Korea will not be livestream and is executive to the in-person event

Arc System Works has announced that after the Top 8 of Guilty Gear Strive at Arc World Tour Finals there will be a trailer for GGST 2.0 AND a announcement of the next character to be released in the game.
The trailer will be played during Day 3 on March 22th. #AWT25_26 #AWTFINALS
- After a wallbreak the opponent is now in a hard knockdown state.
- Link Attacks (Auto-Combos) no longer trigger on whiff (Unlike in Dragon Ball FighterZ for example)
- Aerial Combos does not increase the combo limit as much as before allowing you to do more juggles before the limit.
- The Hitstop (the pausing between animations) for assists and assist callouts has been reduced.
- Aerial assist has been changed depending on the character
- You can call ground assist while airborne
- Super Skills (Supers) no longer cause a wallbreak when hit in the corner.
List of Changes:
- Tag and Assists will have their own dedicated buttons
- Start-up Frames and Animation frames for tagging between characters have been shortened
- You can cancel into non-rush assists during blockstrings (For example you can do a vertical assist from a block string)

At EVO 2014, one of the most memorable sets in the AFGC took place as Galileo took on Dogura in the Grand Finals for BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma .

EVO announced a expansion of the EVO Calendar
In addition to the already established EVO Vegas, Japan, and France they will be providing support to locals to help grow the scene.
They also announced in 2027 to have EVO coming to Singapore, Morocco, Brazil, China, Saudi Arabia, Mexico and More.

Arc System Works announced that at Arc World Tour Finals in South Korea there will be a playable build of Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls at the event with all 11 characters available to be played including the newly announced Magik, Wolverine, and Danger.
