They aren’t munching on your home materials, typically harmless.
Saw our first yesterday. Come spring they’ll head out and start chomping on aphids in the garden.
They like to hang out in homes during winter. It’s warm, they probably were hiding out close to a small crack or weather seal nearby.
Your boarders are starting to become more active as the number of warm(er) days increase. They’re pretty dormant most of the winter if you’ve got them hiding out.
