It could also be their segmentation algo not recognizing vessels etc. (false negatives).
Difficult to say, b/c we do not know the source of the error. I would go for "localization error", but it could also just be a software bug that messes up the values coming from the
AI.
Hallucinations are not a thing for object detection or pattern recognition. This is most probably not GenAI.
