Hmm, I think the problem is harder.
E.g. he is parroting the Chinese stance on Taiwan, because he solves "his problems". But that also leads ton him not only caring about only his problems but also out factoring a lot of info. Idk if that makes him a real good problem solver.
But idk, honestly.
