I can't write when Words Are Happening, which is how my Wrapped ended up being like btw you are Howard Shore's number 1 fan, because I listened to the LOTR soundtrack all the time lol but when I'm not writing I tend to watch Youtube videos. Idk why I'm thinking about this
Do you guys like. Watch content or listen to content while you're working? Like do you watch videos or listen to music. Between the two, which are you more likely to do? They're so different for me.
The main menu. The top has a title that says ENCRYPTID CASE FILES in all caps. There are four boys, two on either side of an open book that says "play, load, prefs, about, quit" on the left and "The Demon of Pine Barrens" on the right.
The settings page. It's a dark, purple and yellow ornate frame with the preference settings inside. There are options for autoplay, text speed, and audio.
The naming input screen over the main dialogue box, also dark purples and yellow with ornate frames. The player can name themselves, though the default input say Rin (for now!).
The one character we have finished sprites of so far - Sundae. He stands in front of a wooded background with the ornate purple dialogue box in front. There is also a UI with the menu, save, load, settings, history and quit options as tabs of a folder and three Post-It notes on it that alow for auto play, going back, and skipping.
Really excited to finally show some of this project off publicly! We've discussed it a bit on Patreon, but we're working on a smaller project that will come out before Cygnus - a cryptid hunting and boy dating visual novel!
