Getting a new waffle iron for the birthday, so this is timely. I have celiac so I have to be careful with prepackaged stuff. DIY is always safer.

And hash brown waffles are soooo good 😻

I have librarian arthritis in my hands, so the rotary grater ended up being actually less good for me than the box grater. Best solution is 'someone else does it' 😹 But this might be even better. Plus cucumbers, which my food processor kind of pulps, due to a weird spacing on the blade. Hmm.
