The thing about clean coal is that thereβs no such thing as clean coal.
More coal = more pollution
More pollution = more heat
More heat = more warming & disasters
Itβs expensive, dirty, and outdated.
Cheaper, cleaner, scalable solutions exist. Whatβs missing isnβt technology. Itβs the will.
EPA received over 570,000 public comments on its draft rule to repeal the endangerment finding, yet we still donβt know how many were for or against the repeal, or whose voices the agency prioritized.
Tell Congress to step in and investigate EPAβs repeal!

Experts agree that repealing the endangerment finding would lead to:
- More air pollution
- More premature deaths
- Higher health care costs
- More climate pollution
- Higher long-term costs
- Stronger storms, deadlier heat, worse wildfires
All of it preventable.
And what makes this even worse?
The #EndangermentFinding has been the legal backbone of US climate protections since 2009. It establishes what scientists have shown again & again: greenhouse gas pollution endangers public health.
By repealing it, EPA is ignoring science & gutting our protections against climateβwarming pollution.
