Exactly "how ready" will vary by mentor. But overall, mentors are looking for manuscripts they can help, so it's okay if it's not perfect!!

However, they should be complete (something readable and cohesive and, if possible, revised to the point where you don't how to improve it anymore)

Applications open in a couple of days! Come ask us questions! Mentors will be popping in throughout the day! ✨
