As a sweaty girl when I would work out light + work out intensely I feel your pain but once you’re comfortable with it it is very good for you !! I’d recommend keeping a towel in your gym bag/somewhere close by for your forehead/neck/chest area, at least in my experience that’s where I felt it most😭
