I miss letter writing. I still have stacks of letters from when I was a kid and actually corresponded with friends and family - especially since we moved a lot. It occurs to me that there's really no reason why we can't still write letters. Even an email. Something more ... at length. Slower. ✉️

Interesting. Sounds like maybe some benefits would last and others might not, unless the drug sparks permanent lifestyle changes like diet and exercise regardless of how long you stay on it.

Do people have to stay on these drugs for life in order to maintain the benefits?
