My job has been upsetting me today but a user sent me a reply thanking me for my help and patience and that I'm the best 😭💜

Yeah! It can take a situation where nothing happens and make it so that something annoying happens instead! It's great!

This morning I started writing an email in Microsoft Outlook and it autocorrected:

"Thanks for your"

into:

"Thanks for you're"

Recency bias could be at play here, but I feel like in my long career in IT, printers are by far the biggest piece of shit technology to deal with. Actually maybe it isn't recency bias - I feel like printers have gotten objectively worse in recent years. HP printers in particular are terrible.
