The US does not determine what is legal or not, they can say it's legal, that doesn't make it so. Having said that, even if something is illegal it doesn't mean the international community will treat it as such.

No, it's not the only thing he can say. He could say 'given what we currently know, it does not appear legal', or ' we trust that the US would not strike without first ensuring it's legal' any number of caveats, all of which don't paint him into a corner. He could simply be honest, but....
So close. The US don't get to define what International Law is, so it's entirely right that an International entity (the UK) has a view on whether it's legal or not. You don't ask murderers if they're innocent or guilty!?

I'd love to know how you found out you had Reynauds, I spent my entire childhood wondering how the other kids could play in the snow because my hands were absolute agony. I finally understood I had Reynauds when I was probably in my mid 30's
Reynauds sucks, any gloves I find that can keep my hands warm are too thick and chunky to allow me to use my phone. Add in my Murderous thumbs and I can't find a single pair of gloves that are any good 😔
