Ghost

Parody of the nice/naughty cat of the week signs but with my new tarantulas. Both are a Phormictopus species (bird eater). The nice one was the Full Green which calmly felt their way out of the tube even as I was removing the lid, walked out very chill, and even ate a fruit fly immediately after I dropped it in. The naughty one was the Dominican purple which ran so scared and panicked they ran right up out of their enclosure, into my hand and up my arm before I was able to get them back into the box and give them a dark room calm down time.

Anyway a summary of my evening featuring two of the Crew

I left the maker's meet a little early tonight so I could get a thumb support brace for this pain, get home before dark with this storm rolling in, AND give myself more time to process my spiders and I'm real glad I did

Chili, who is afraid of the wind and scary beeping, is having an absolutely dogshit evening as you can imagine.

It did actually go out briefly in the middle of things, but it was when I was walking back to my room to grab the next enclosure and spider rather than in the middle of coaxing a frightened animal out of a comfortable tube so that's fine
