Ashley Hinson had four opportunities to check the President’s power and stop the chaotic tariffs that have hurt our Iowa farmers and driven up the cost of goods everywhere. As the only candidate in this primary to have even run against a Republican, I’m ready to keep Hinson out of the U.S. Senate.
I spent my morning with my sister, who is recovering from surgery related to her Stage 2 breast cancer diagnosis. In the only state with a growing cancer rate and the second highest rates in the country, I know far too many families in Iowa are also supporting loved ones through battles with cancer.
The best part about campaigning is getting to connect with voters across our great state. Iowans are ready for a new direction, and that means flipping this U.S. Senate seat.
