OK! I think I figured it out!
Irumyuui and thus Iruburu was made from several ‘cradles of desire’. Wazukyan was experimenting and tinkering with their effects a shit ton.
Irumyuui created Faputa using 3 spares. As such Faputa is allowed 3 desires/values. Reg, Gaborone, and Irumyuui.
