The President does not have the authority to cancel elections.
And in fact, saying so is another impeachable offense.

We’re voluntarily checking in to hospital for a course of IV antibiotics tomorrow.
This will probably be a 5 day stay, at least. I’ve packed his change of clothes and some clothes for me. Not sure if I’ll be allowed to stay with him.
