Real talk. If I'm the Int'l committee for the 2028 LA Olympics or 2026 World Cup, I have 0 desire to subject my athletes to ICE fascism in the USA. Why would any athlete risk their life, safety, & years of hard work to get targeted by ICE for having the wrong complexion or tweeting the wrong tweet?

The 'Real ID' is just one more layer of defense that keeps working people and those who need help the most from being able to have a voice.
