If you’ve listened to John Zorn before then contemporary Krantz is definitely not “wildly adventurous”. Also, some folks aren’t patient enough with different music 🤷 that’s ok!
That doesn’t shock me too much. While he’s not so underground in the modern new york jazz scene you kinda have to like more adventurous types of jazz to get into that vibe. He can be kinda an “out” player but also his groups can groove hard. The distance between MMW to Krantz it’s all that far.

That’s what im thinking as well. Full screen view and equally great sound (heard the test run of part of the system at the Beacon for TTB so can confirm). If a pair of Friday’s pop up great. If not, tDB (or other Vegas shenanigans) it is 🕺

Got a pair for 400s for 4/23. Wasn’t confident about joining the queue for multiple single days. I waited in the queue for 4/24 for almost an hour. When i joined there were 106,000 in front of me. My screen refreshed at 555 left in the queue to reveal that show was sold out. #VegasBaby

You know, I’ve just been laughing to myself all morning about the sphere lotto. Like how blessed am I that my only problems are i paid rent, got my requests selected but they didn’t go through because my paycheck cleared after the fact? Very blessed!
