How long did it take you to get invite codes?
If you want to shape Bluesky's culture and make this place safer for ALL OF US, use your invite codes for Black women.
If more Black women can get here early, build large followings, influence the norms, and push the product owners to prioritize safety β it makes 1000x better for everyone.

β¦because of my mortgage background, lately Iβve been applying to customer success roles as a way in while I continue to work on my in person community and hopefully figure out how to monetize it in the future to help more people not only in Denver but everywhere.
β¦being new to the field, my resume keeps getting rejected even tho I have experience starting my own in person tech community for underrepresented folks here in Denver Colorado, it hasnβt really helped me βstand outβ as much as I thought it would. Soβ¦
Even though Iβve completed 2 bootcamps, I still havenβt felt confident enough in my technical skills to pursue a software engineering position, and my skills lend more toward community management HOWEVER
Breaking into tech, especially from another industry, is not easy. If youβre having a hard time finding a job, youβre definitely not alone. After being laid off a year ago this month, I have changed my βtech focusβ a few times.
Dependsβ¦I drank venti breve extra foam 4 Splenda Mistos for years.
