Not to mention that polling isn't telling us much at this point. "Don't know" still leads the field when it's included.

That's infuriating! I know Skelton is the "sensible centrist Democrat," but he usually hides the ball better than this awkward segue from mathematical possibilities to "there should be exactly four Democrats for some reason - either the current leaders or those that I find to 'show some promise.'"
And I suppose Dandan counts, but it's not a very satisfying answer.
I hope Billy Ripken had a chance to make peace before it was too late.
Tightrope would be such a fantastic musical number with Muppets!
We are as Mr. Nutty is, speechless, transfixed at the pure truth
Maybe Silver Seraph (who was on the box)? Somebody already guessed Jeska, and I don't think it was Ernie (who had already been in Arabian Nights) or Phantom Nishoba (who was on the packs). Commander Eesha was in the story, but that's just not a very ad-friendly art.
God, I miss the days when your newspaper columnist was a local celebrity and when they ran something this deliciously (and deservedly) savage, everybody would talk about it and furious letters to the editor would fly. (I grew up in Royko's Chicago.) I wonder how gloriously insufferable Ken would be.
I hope there was at least a post-event fashion shoot!
Didn't feel any stronger than 1.59691265 to me.
Let's not kid ourselves - it gets really, really bad.
Who are you worried about in that division? The Phillies are really old and the Braves lost 86 games and didn't sign anybody. The Mets might not be the favorite, but they certainly look to be in the mix.
I see "hemorrhaging money," but I don't see "tens of billions in debt." Looking around it looks like maybe $1-2B. (This link's over a year old now, might have gone up from the $1.4B cited here since it's losing money)

This falls squarely in the category of "stuff you'd love to frame and put on your wall as an honor, except that normal healthy people who aren't so online would just stare blankly."
The open house was today... I happened to pass by and the line was a block long!! Buy your Union Pacific stock now kids, railroads are making a comeback.
The queue only lasted a few minutes, but when it sent me to the registration page, the "Register Now" button just returned me to the queue.
Camptown Wiki, come on now.
That's a tough one, was your illustration on a Magic card? I know a Planeshift card, but not a Planechase one.
Have you been to the Pasadena Model Railroad Museum (which is not in fact in Pasadena, but in El Sereno)? Monthly open houses - it's a cool place. Good luck taking Metro there though... walking will be involved!

Other people have guessed Darba (which is now a Bird) and Wall of Vipers (which is now a Snake), so I'll go with Hollow Warrior (which was just a Golem then but is now a Golem Warrior).
Thank you, hadn't seen the follow up! Did you see the movie yet? Different tone, but so good...
I think it's just an awful headline. He's loathsome, but his actual comments were more along the lines of "it's good for me if we care about whether it's constitutional, because they'll have to buy my tech to make sure they're staying on the right side of the line."
The Prince cover proves how much he loved and respected her, too.
And how about that defenseman at +28! Don't remember him, but he must have been simply irresistible.
Get the whiteboard, we need to figure this out
At some point in Spring Training I looked it up and their position players' combined service time was less than Verlander's. (Pitchers weren't much more but Alcantara messed it up.)
@rocinante.bsky.social used to know.

I'm sure that involves some ill-defined judgment call on "commonly used names," but I will happily take any opportunity to tangentially mention Calvin Coolidge Julius Caesar Tuskahoma McLish.
Also, intentional walks must be destroyed.
