Reuters updated reporting an explosion hit the entry at the consular section around 1:00 their time in Sweden.

There are some gains. Not standing in lines means workers can return to work faster. Also not standing in lines means women may shop more since they aren't as rushed.

Considering he is feeding into what people in groups like ISIS believe, yeah it's really bad that he is saying this. It definitely isn't helping at all because now more people in the Middle East will believe the extremists and it raises the risk for everyone there and here.
