Im on a number of meds to block the misfiring neurons to treat the pain aspect. They work somewhat but can increase brain fog and fatigue which is not ideal.

I have learnt the hard way over time to translate my thoughts into words but that's not my default. So I often make mistakes it takes too much time and effort to explain to people who don't want to know 🤷
