Random update. Been very busy working out and with life. Fit from the other day!

I squat more than my bodyweight now. That’s pretty cool.

There’s something so amazing about getting up at 4am, working out, and exiting to see daylight. Or walking for hours in the dark until the sun creeps up slowly.

Headlight covers are on. Not perfect since bumper and fender need to be repaired, but I got them secured in place at least.

CRAZY workout and diet routine + coaching. This is actually today and not at my leanest, but happy with results! Will start eating more and putting on more weigh after about another week! Then can start next phase. No more progress pics for a while. I’ll post about or something else I swear 😅
