To have strong government we need a strong opposition.. We are in for 3 years (though I expect it may be over a decade) of these antics from that side of the floor...

They are also running away from everything & now using distraction politics of Welcome to Country/Voice/Crime etc Basically everything other than Cost of Living..

After last nights #LeadersDebate I knew that this week Dutton & LNP would double done on The Voice/Welcome to Country & use it to distract from a lack of actual policies & the bad performance in the Debate. This says so much about Dutton & LNP - they are not fit to run this country #auspol

So very true - even the language and interactions last night were childish. Our 12 yr old Granddaughter Debates and she could run rings around Dutton. Facts matter though he seems to think they can be blustered away..

I’ll go one step further. I have always held the belief that a good Prime Minister has a strong Treasurer - same goes for Opposition Leader and Shadow Treasurer

Ironic that they point the finger at Labor as being bad at financial management when the LNP numbers are rubbery and plans are no existent..

So LNP (via Patterson) is now moving the focus of the election to The Voice and rehashing everything on that. Another negative onslaught from them. They have NO PLAN #leadersdebate #auspol

Whilst I am left leaning I still long for the days where we had a good leader on the LNP side. This guy can’t actually debate - I now understand why he always shut down parliament. We ALL move that Dutton no longer be heard #leadersdebate #auspol

That was my take too. Dutton just doesn’t have detail nor policies & the negative Trump style politics is definitely not flying any longer
