That Iranian Navy ship we torpedoed had no ammunition on board because that was a requirement to participate in the MILAN 2026 exercise (organized by the Indian Navy).

New this week: Law enforcement agencies are reporting the highest clearance rate for robberies in 60 years (though still under 40%). Is it a quirk of data reporting? I don't think so. Why is it happening? I'm not sure. My read on the positive trend:
