Excited to be speaking at my alma mater’s (@DurhamLawSchool) Women in Law Society event on Thursday evening about pathways to the Bar and women in the legal profession. It’s an honour to share insights and hopefully encourage the next generation of lawyers to go for the Bar!

This week was my last week as a barrister at the Government Legal Department - a very strange feeling. I had an excellent two years of training at the GLD, but I am looking forward to the challenge of starting self employment at the 36 Group (Public Law and Human Rights team)
