An experience I had in luton sauna's malfunctioning jacuzzi back in 2008 would say otherwise
Ha, tbh the lukewarm bath was fitting for this season
If it's fennel, totally
Naveen Andrews in Buddha of Suburbia was my sexual awakening
THIS I have to see
💯
The chemistry between Sarita Choudhury and Denzel Washington in Mississippi Masala absolutely SIZZLES, I'm obsessed.
I had to do this for dad when he came out of hospital and I was so conscious of him calling 'at any moment' that my mind wouldn't let me fall asleep at all. 2 years later I think I'm still catching up on all that lost sleep.
I saw - game recognises game 🙌🏼
I've only just finished conditioning myself to say Foxtrot instead of Freddy, your reply could set me back years
Oh mate, my full sympathies, it sounds utterly miserable x
That's rotten luck Lou, I really hope it doesn't hang around too long x
then this happened 🥰
Might try that with our stupid boiler
I love how that's annoyed you as much as it has me. I'm so pleased the judges went with Alysas's presentation - I thought they might fudge the component scores to deny her gold by claiming it wasn't 'refined' enough.
I love that she retired 'at 16'
Alysa Liu dancing her heart out to Donna Summer gave me way more tingles than any of the men doing those stupid back flips that Surya Bonaly was already doing ten times better back in the day.
Alysa Liu being happier for the lass who took bronze than she was for her own gold medal is everything.
I can definitely spot a triple salchow now. Most of the time. Kind of. If I'm lucky.
The reasoning was judges would have to be way more objective, detailed & transparent about how they reach their technical marks, and I think this has worked - we can even follow along in the corner of the screen. But the presentation scores are still too open to subjectivity and bias imo.
Happy Birthday handsome x
New as in not the 6.0 system from like 20 years ago!
It felt like they were factoring in preconceptions and reputation, which this 'new' scoring system was supposed to dispel.
Oh god SAME.
My least favourite event but the final was pure drama
Meanwhile, I'd have given Sato gold in the Men's, but it's all a matter of personal taste, there were no scandals.
eurovision is dead to me
Fluffed the landing on the second throw, not that I think it would have altered the outcome if they went clean because the judges were too enamoured with the Japanese pair's routine.
Reporting for hug duty x
