As the father of a teen boy, it is basically hand-to-hand combat and mental slow drip torture each week denying "deals" and entreaties for & from him to join FanDuel et al.

The societal, parasocial, and commercial pressure is unrelenting.

An obvious answer is health care. I'll bet more than half of Americans, even those doing well (eg, earning over $100k; nice house / neighborhood), has a story or three about how some surgery or treatment skipped, delayed or denied. It's a weight on tens of millions. And Trump & co made it worse.

WTF? That story, promoted by a couple of prominent Blueskee posters, is largely made up (e.g., she never worked for SAP ; The "coworkers" don't exist). Were the "ping location" maps doctored?

Some explanations are needed.

So the "penalty" is something the guy was going to do anyway? Transferring the ownership to his children?

If the NFL / Goodell had any sense of right & wrong, they'd formally ban him from anything further to do with the team. He's still showing up at press conferences etc.

That's a sad situation, and that --combined with the TSA-funding related delays -- are going to make air travel tough.
