From the hands-on hackathon on the EU-OPENSCREEN Cell Painting data to engaging talks on image-based profiling, large-scale datasets, assay development, advanced image and data analysis, and new 3D and complex cell models, the energy in the room was amazing.

MorphoDiff utilizes a diffusion process to generate images while encoding perturbation information in the latent space. It excelled in generating images with high fidelity and demonstrated the ability to generalise to held-out compounds.
