We’re here to win for these athletes, and we need every one of you to get in on this. Let’s show up like NGS does, and make this event one to remember. Last year, our team raised almost $4000, and was the top community fundraising team. This year, let's do even more.

The Special Olympics Polar Plunge is coming, and NGS isn't just jumping into the river for fun- we’re doing it for a cause that matters. Special Olympics Michigan supports over 23,000 athletes across our state, and they need our help now more than ever.

This year, Freedom House has requested our assistance to provide earbuds to their clients to be gifted at their holiday party. We will also be holding our annual wrapping party, details on date and time to come soon.
The clientele they primarily serve are among the most vulnerable- Michigan's refugee population. Approximately 82% of clients, women and men, are survivors of torture. On average, 90% of Freedom House’s residents exit the program into independent housing and 90% of clients have jobs upon exit.
Freedom House supports and empowers individuals and families seeking safety, security, and freedom by providing comprehensive services (housing, legal, medical and mental heath, help securing employment, etc) in a welcoming space.

This holiday season, we are partnering with our friends at Freedom House to provide gifts to over 100 clients and residents.

• Canned Fruits (e.g., peaches, pineapple, mixed fruit)
