Still a bit chilly this time of year, but I’ve found taking a day trip to be the most helpful. Gets you away from the computer and gives other things to think about. If you’ve got spoons for a public excursion anyway.

I’m ngl, my mental and energy have been in the toilet lately. I’m recovering from the cubital tunnel flare up ok, but it’s very frustrating and limiting when everything I like/need to do involves using my hands… makes me feel useless
